8.0It was very clean lovely linen and extra pillows. The bed was very comfy. The stairs were steep and difficult for anyone who has a disability.the lighting could of been brighter however although breakfast is not included it was great value for money and a handy location.

4.0I would say the room for the hotel was nice however the description is not very accurate. It isn’t that clear that the bathrooms are shared and also the facilities are not up to scratch for example the property lists ‘designer toiletries’ but these aren’t provided. For the price of the property I would expect a higher standard.

8.0The property was lovely, the room was great and the bed was comfortable. We stayed in the family room. Unfortunately it was a shared bathroom - we didn’t know this, I don’t believe it was obvious enough when we booked (I would not have booked it had I known the bathroom was shared). The bathroom in itself was good, but not advertised appropriately. The staff were great and very helpful.
