10.0The staff here really are interested in providing the best service they can. They were always attentive, polite, respectful, and ready to begin the task immediately after requesting it. This is in stark contrast to other hotels. The hotel was very clean and in a excellent state of decor. It felt as if it had been newly decorated and refurbished. The prices were very reasonable. This is a genuinely good hotel, with great staff and reasonable prices. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Lahore.
− I don't know Lahore at all and I thought everything touristy would be within walking distance. That's not the case, you have to order taxis.

− They are scammers they duplicate the bookings. I confirmed the booking and even gave confirmation of arrival on their own email but still when I reached they said the room is occupied. Total unprofessional behavior from the receptionist they even don't feel ashamed of their act. It was 2nd time this thing happened with me that when I reached there with confirmed booking via booking.com they refused to provide the room saying it was occupied. A legal action should be taken against them for the discomfort and mental stress they give when you reach with family

8.0Great place to stay with family. Clean rooms and washrooms. Decent complimentary breakfast. Good service. Parking available. Neat and clean hotel. Everything customized. Restuarent available. Substantial space for dining. Variety of rooms including a apartment suite are also available. The most plus is the location. Very convenient and accessible. The location also provide multiple and renowned food options via foodpanda. The hotel is just not huge as other five stars located in the nearby vicinity but the overall value is close to all those big names. I wish them best of luck.
