− Que las instalaciones, especialmente el aspecto exterior, incluso el letrero exterior, muy deteriorado. Sin mantención. Falta una manito de pintura.

− Se escucha gente teniendo relaciones sexuales siempre! Insolito que digan desayuno incluido y solo sea un pan y queque El baño tenia la ventana rota
