Everything was brilliant.
10.0Staff were very friendly, pool area was lovely and clean. Plenty of sun beds and the location is excellent.
− It was a long enough walk from our apartment to the front of the hotel. If there was a side gate it would be great.

5.0Recepción 24 horas y la amabilidad del personal.
− Mi experiencia fue algo decepcionante, principalmente por la relación calidad-precio. El alojamiento me pareció bastante caro para lo que encontré, especialmente teniendo en cuenta que el desayuno no estaba incluido. Las camas no me resultaron especialmente cómodas y, durante toda la noche, se escuchaba un ruido constante procedente del sistema general de aire acondicionado, a pesar de que el aparato de la habitación estaba apagado. Esto dificultó bastante el descanso. En mi caso, solo necesitaba pasar una noche antes de tomar otro avión y prácticamente utilicé el alojamiento únicamente para dormir. Entiendo que el precio responde a la oferta y la demanda de la zona y que, para una estancia más larga, instalaciones como la piscina o la terraza pueden hacer que la valoración sea más positiva. Sin embargo, para una noche de tránsito, no considero que compensara el precio y personalmente no repetiría. Como aspecto muy positivo, debo destacar al personal, que fue en todo momento muy amable, atento y profesional.

10.0Have stayed at Cinco Plazas a couple of times now and have always enjoyed it. Close to beach, hiperdino next door and 10 mins from airport! Esteban at reception was very helpful & polite.
Good to know
Formal dress is required for dinner. Men must wear long pants and a long-sleeved shirt to gain access to the restaurant.
