スタッフの方がとても丁寧に対応してくださり生後8ヶ月の子供と初の旅行に行きましたが食事中に泣いていてもスタッフの方が温かく対応してくれました。 部屋も広くてとても過ごしやすかったです また利用したいと思います！

The friendly staff, who went out of the way to communicate with us despite our minimal Japanese, the care taken over the preparation and presentation of the meals we had, the amazing onsen and the peaceful and beautiful town of Shuzenji.

Un des meilleurs onsens que j’ai pu faire. Personnel parfait, décoration moderne mais en gardant la tradition qui fait son charme. Le bain privé Ibuki est fabuleux. Le repas est très bon.

Excellent overall Great location close to the main strip, the room is superb with all amenities. Onsen was clean + Sauna ! The biggest highlight is dinner and breakfast which were fine dinning and delightfull.
