We stayed in a triple suites with my two teenage daughters. As a former hotel manager, I can say that this accommodation exceeded all expectations. Professional staff, pleasant, guest-friendly rooms, common areas, and services. The beach is just a short walk away. They can also provide a beach umbrella upon request. Here are some additional details that made our stay wonderful: Upon arrival, we found a fridge stocked with local delicacies, food, and drinks as a welcome gift, as well as free electric bikes. Fresh supplies were restocked daily. The hotel staff were always helpful and lovely. I’d especially like to highlight Frederica’s wonderful personality! Everything was perfect! Thank you very much! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. The room was perfect—clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location is also a major highlight, being just a stone's throw away from a beautiful beach. However, what truly set our experience apart was the exceptional service from the receptionist, Federica. She went above and beyond to help us decide where to go and what to prioritize on the island. Her local insights and personalized recommendations were invaluable; honestly, our holiday would not have been the same without her. She turned a good stay into an unforgettable one.

Piękny, kameralny obiekt kilka kroków od centrum Polonii. Obsługa i dogodnienia na najwyższym poziomie (szlafroki, kapcie a nawet poduszeczki z lawendą dla lepszego snu🥹). W obiekcie przywitała nas lodówka z winem, wodą i nawet jogurtem greckim. Do dyspozycji gości jest siłownia, basen i rowery. To miejsce to prawdziwa perełka prowadzona z sercem. To miejsce sprawiło, że Milos było dla nas jeszcze bardziej wyjątkowe. Z chęcią jeszcze kiedyś tu wrócimy!!!

Kapetan felt like home. I can’t say enough about how amazing this boutique hotel is. The rooms are immaculate, the beds are cozy, many amenities are included beyond the usual shampoo and conditioner, like toothbrush and toothpaste, lush robe and slippers, even a loofah. The grounds are quiet and the AC works perfectly. The refrigerator was stocked with lovely snacks and drinks near the small kitchenette and coffee maker. There was a secluded patio with clean furniture which was well maintained. The small pool is beautiful. Breakfast was included with our stay and they served hard boiled and fried eggs, a large selection of breads and pastries, Greek yogurt, honey, nuts, cereal, coffee, juice, and milk. Federica messaged me before our stay to make sure we had transfer from the ferry and back to the airport. I told her it was our anniversary and she brought a delicious dessert and a bottle of wine for us to share. She was kind and helpful, spoke beautiful English and seemed genuinely happy we were staying. Every employee went out of their way to help with anything we needed and offered suggestions freely with warm smiles. The hotel is a very short walk to town. I HIGHLY recommend Kapetan Tasos in Pollonia, Milos, Greece. We were sad to leave.
