Struttura eccellente e staff impeccabile
10.0Abbiamo soggiornato in struttura per 6 notti con formula mezza pensione. La struttura è ben posizionata ed estremamente accogliente, arredata con attenzione e curata nei minimi dettagli. La camera nella quale abbiamo pernottato era minimale, ma dotata di tutti i comfort necessari, oltre al bagno finestrato e con una doccia di considerevoli dimensioni. Abbiamo riscontrato una pulizia impeccabile sia per quanto riguarda la camera, che per le zone esterne comuni. Le aree comuni sono ben attrezzate e fruibili. Abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato le vasche idromassaggio con acqua ad una temperatura sempre calda nelle quali rilassarci dopo i meravigliosi trekking che abbiamo potuto fare usufruendo degli impianti disponibili a pochi minuti di camminata dalla struttura. Il plus più grande della struttura è però sicuramente lo staff. A partire dell'accoglienza in reception, nella quale Alex ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni utili per la nostra permanenza ed una grande disponibilità anche per fornire consigli in merito ai percorsi ed impianti. Passando poi ad Alberto nella zona bar che, sempre con piacevoli conversazioni, ci ha intrattenuto e servito ottimi drink, facendoci sempre sentire ospiti coccolati. Un grande plauso poi a Alin, Jasmine e Mattia che in sala ci hanno seguito nelle colazioni e cene con grande attenzione, riservatezza, garbo e simpatia. Insomma, una struttura in cui torneremo sicuramente per gli ottimi servizi offerti e per lo staff impeccabile.

9.0Ein Hotel mit exzellentem Personal, vor allem Jasmin im Restaurant und Alberto an der Bar. Die Speisen (Vorspeisen und 3-Gänge-Menü) sehr lecker und facettenreich. Perfekter Wellness- und Spa-Bereich, ebenso inklusive. Die Lage des Hotels ist außergewöhnlich: Bushaltestelle (Dosses) nur wenige Minuten entfernt, ebenso die Seilbahn (Col Raiser) und der Sessellift (Monte Pana) schnell erreichbar. Alles in Allem: Perfetto! :-)

10.0Virkelig dejligt hotel. Der var pænt og rent, og alt var velholdt og i god kvalitet. Gode senge, lækre håndklæder og badekåber til poolen. Køleskab på værelset og drikkevand i hanerne. God og varieret mad. Dejligt personale. Hotellet ligger godt i forhold til Seceda, Sassolungo mv. En skøn sommeroplevelse.
