− L'aria condizionata rumorosa e veramente poco funzionale, colazione basic, bagno privo di prodotti di qualità, mancanza di asciugamani anti scivolo uscita doccia, secondo me per le stelle che anno, dovrebbe avere delle accortezze più elevate di quelle che danno, ci si era dimenticati un indumento, non hanno fatto grandi passi per la restituzione, e non hanno neanche avvisato che si era trovato un indumento dentro la stanza, questo è grave perché se fosse stato un giogliello di valore fa pensare male, fortuna era un vestito di poco valore monetario, ma avevo comunque un valore affettivo

8.0L'hôtel est bien situé par rapport au centre ville. Le personnel est accueillant, c'est un hôtel familiale. La chambre est spacieuse et climatisée, ce qui est bien vu les 40°C au dehors. Un bon rapport qualité prix.
− L'accueil au restaurant grill et pizza extérieur n'a pas été excellent et l'emplacement est bruyant dû au système de pompage de la piscine. Malheureusement il n'y a pas de café italien au petit déjeuner, uniquement une machine multi café de Nestlé.
