7.0The view from the apartment is absolutely breathtaking and was one of the highlights of our stay. The private parking space was very convenient The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher which is definitely helpful over a longer stay.
− Although the apartment itself was pleasant, there are several aspects of the property and its surroundings that could be significantly improved. Overall, the construction quality of the building does not meet the standard one would expect from a modern development. We noticed several unfinished details and potential safety hazards, many of which were not properly marked. One of the most concerning issues was the unexpected step near the elevator on the ground floor, which is easy to miss. There is also a high threshold at the apartment entrance that is insufficiently marked. Unfortunately, one member of our group twisted her ankle after tripping over it. The underground garage is difficult to access due to its very narrow entrance and sharply designed ramps, making parking unnecessarily challenging, especially for larger vehicles. Although the property appears to be very close to the coastline on the map, direct pedestrian access is blocked by private land. As a result, reaching the sea requires a considerably longer walk through nearby streets, which was somewhat disappointing. The apartment is also separated from the swimming pool by a road, so it is not located directly within the pool area as the photos may suggest. Although the apartment has a dishwasher, its location is not very practical. When the dishwasher door is open, it significantly restricts access to the sink and reduces the available workspace in the kitchen, making everyday use less convenient The house rules regarding cleaning are noticeably stricter than those typically experienced in holiday rentals. In addition, for the first time in over 15 years of travelling, the cleaning staff arrived precisely at 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure, leaving virtually no flexibility for checkout. Finally, construction work is still ongoing in the surrounding area. A large construction crane remains permanently positioned along the access road to the building.
