Relaxing, phenomenal experience and I would definitely come back.
10.0First off, the view was phenomenal, hotel room oversaw the Japan alps with Nagano city in the distance. Food was of exceptional quality as well prepared by their chef who is able to make both Western dished and Japanese dishes amazingly. Room felt very spacious as well and was easy on the eyes too. The manager gave exceptional service and was very enthusiastic in helping us with our activity planning.
− At the time period we visited which was in early March, the hotel is pretty empty and feels slightly lonely though I'm sure during early winter season it would be much more lively.
