− The location is a bit far from the airport, while the shuttle service is not very frequent. Especially at night. We had a delayed flight and waited for 40+ minutes for an airport shuttle to the hotel.
We didn't receive the room we payed for and were sent to a different hotel!!
1.0− My family and I were supposed to check in to the hotel at 11pm after a flight. Our flight got delayed by 6 hours so we arrived at 5:30am the next day instead. I messaged the property in advance when we knew there would be delays through the Booking website. When we arrived at the hotel they told us they had given away our room! Receptionist said they were fully booked and had no clean rooms and that we would have to wait several hours (by then it was 6:30am). After we waited for an hour they told us we could continue to wait or be sent to a different hotel nearby (lower quality room: we payed for a suite and got a room with only 2 beds). The receptionist was unapologetic and unpleasant, and claimed they did not receive our update messages we sent theough Booking. It was a very bad experience after flight troubles and stressful sleepless night.
