Super comfy for a staycation
10.0Had an amazing stay at Harris Sentraland Semarang! The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfy, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Loved the modern design and amenities, from the fitness center to the cozy lobby. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers. Will definitely come back!! 💕

− Propreté des draps, vétusté des chambres, des couloirs….équipements de la sport de gym inutilisables. Petit déjeuner copieux mais pas très bon

4.0− The overall is not nice; bathroom smells bad, the pillow was not clean, towels did not absorb well. Furthermore, we are not allowed to park on the GF and must use the 5th or 6th Floor which quite a challenge due to sharp turns and narrow spaces. This may not be suitable for individuals with larger vehicles.

9.0During my stay, I had the pleasure of interacting with the staff, who were consistently friendly, courteous, and helpful. They were also responsive to my needs and always wore a smile. Additionally, the laundry service was reasonably priced and provided excellent results, with clean and fresh-smelling clothes.
