This is our fourth times for our chosen accommodation in batam. The scenery, the ambience, and the layout are pure relaxing.

− Experiencing a slow speed wifi every now and then but the coverage of the wifi is extensively covered in all places.

− Not much else in the area, but good for a short stay. Hotel has a lot of facilities but the maintenance of some areas need improvement.

It’s a family friendly resort.. we are spoiled with the pools! Spacious rooms & i love the early morning walk to Balerang Bridge!

− A min of 30 mins car ride to Batam Centre, but Grab is easily available.

Good Service, breakfast nice.

− The sheets are thick, so it's hot when I'm covered with a blanket, but it's cold when I'm not, and the bed isn't comfortable to sleep in. In room no mineral water.
