10.0Une très bonne expérience à Kappo Ryokan Shiroyama! L'emplacement est idéal. Nos hôtes parlaient très bien anglais ce qui aide quand on est étranger et ils ont été de très bons conseils et d'une grande aide. Leur petit déjeuner est un pur délice. Les chambres étaient belles et traditionnelles. Le bain un bonheur tous les jours! Je recommande vivement ce lieu pour les séjours à ou autour dUne très bonne expérience à Kappo Ryokan Shiroyama! L'emplacement est idéal. Nos hôtes parlaient très bien anglais ce qui aide quand on est étranger et ils ont été de très bons conseils et d'une grande aide. Leur petit déjeuner est un pur délice. La chambre était soigneusement aménagée et le bain traditionnel était un bonheur tous les jours! Je recommande vivement ce lieu pour les séjours à Kasama ou ses alentours et j'espère moi-même y revenir.

A lovely stay
8.0This is a family owned ryokan and the owner’s daughter speaks perfect English, making the stay easy and also informative. The room we were allocated was typically large with all the lovely additions the japanese people provide. The onsen was appreciated as was the shuttle service from the station.
Wonderful stay
10.0We loved this place. The food was excellent, the room was spacious and lovely, and the owners/staff were uniformly warm, welcoming and made us feel well-taken care of. Definitely one of the best ryokan stays I've had in Japan in terms of overall experience, and we'd be very happy to go back here again. The only downside to the ryokan is that there is only one bath, meaning they alternate times for men & women. Not a big deal when we were there, but it might be annoying if the place is full.
