− 用意されてた部屋着の素材が厚くて、汗ばみました。 部屋の温度が クラーがあまり効かず暑かったです。

− 部屋のトイレ，お風呂場が臭かった。 大浴場のゴミ箱が溢れていた。 排水溝に髪の毛がたくさんあり、詰まってて足元が泡だらけになり気持ち悪かった。

10.0Absolutely stunning location with views of Mount Fuji. Staff very accommodating and friendly, especially with trying to help so that I could experience an Onsen by their willingness to provide me with tattoo patches.
