6.0Sehr nettes Personal und gute Lage
− Frühstück war gut, nur die Brötchen haben in der Qualität etwas zu wünschen übrig gelassen. Zimmer hatte nur mobile Klimaanlage, die dann über Nacht auch noch den Geist aufgegeben hat, an Schlaf war da gar nicht zu denken
Lage, Ausstattung Top. Kein Parkplatz!
7.0Lage top! Kleine Küchenzeile im Zimmer. Personal super nett.
− Leider war der Aufzug kaputt. Es gibt keinen Parkplatz! Bzw. Es gibt eine kleine Einfahrt, aber da stand immer wer. An der Straße daneben kostet es 3€ die Stunde, ab 19 Uhr gratis. Sparkassen Parkhaus und das Bahnhof Parkdeck ist in der Nähe (1€/h).Klima ist etwas laut, aber kühlt gut und schnell.

2.0− Zimmer sehr klein, 2defekte Fenster, konnte man nicht öffnen, nasser Teppich, da Wasser von irgendwo rein läuft. Im Bad lief das Wasser in der Dusche kaum ab. Seifenspender defekt. Zimmer roch sehr muffig. Personal absolut unmotiviert, auch beim Frühstück...ständig mussten Gäste fragen, ob sie noch etwas zu essen haben können.Sehr schlechter Service. Im Hotel roch es ständig sehr stark nach Zigarettenrauch.

10.0Ce qui était une escale de commodité vu notre emploi du temps chargé pendant deux jours à Ludwigsburg s'est avéré comme un havre sans prétention mais d'une hospitalité rare. Là où il était indiqué que l'accueil n'était personnalisé qu'à de certaines heures, nous avons toujours été en présence d'un personnel extrêmement attentif et chaleureux, ajoutant même une note spécifique et adaptée sans que nous le demandions à notre petit déjeuner. Malgré l'aspect superficiellement austère et l'environnement immédiat qui pouvaient paraître banals ou rébarbatifs nous nous sommes sentis chez nous et avons été l'objet de toutes sortes de gestes facilitant notre séjour et celui de notre véhicule, au-delà des attentes. Rapport qualité-prix remarquable. Proximité des lieux d'intérêt de la ville renforçant la qualité de ce lieu
