− 服務流程與品質需改善 1)每天早上都敲門1-2次詢問是否可打掃 有一天甚至我們都卡在門口(還有嬰兒推車)，還硬要進入收垃圾，我們都要出門了 不能稍等一下? 隔天早上九點多寶寶還在睡覺還敲門問是否可進來打掃? 2)隔壁家人房早上睡覺休息也敲門，已告知中午12點後再打掃，過10分鐘又打電話來詢問什麼時候可打掃? 打掃時間建議可提供告示牌讓客人出門後貼在門口再進入，一個早上詢問多次讓大家不能好好休息。 3)第一天入住時我有詢問是否可領水，服務人員告知可另外多領四瓶，但每到櫃台領水時，服務人員會問房號我覺得合理，但還會再和你確認訂購名字，還要問你現在要回房還是要出去之後才給水，給人感受不太好。隔天早上先領兩瓶出門，晚上要再領2瓶，就說你們早上領過其實不能領，但你想要我可以給你，已現場反映給櫃檯令人覺得不舒適的體驗。
