2.0We don’t have to and got moved and still didn’t have. All inclusive was from 11.30 and was very limited. Nothing to do. Cleaning not good.

8.0En general es un hotel muy agradable. Instalaciones algo desgastadas pero bien cuidadas. La limpieza en la habitación excelente. La comida bastante sabrosa y variada. Siempre encuentras algo que te pueda gustar. Como detalles negativos: -En el check in te entregan unos vasos de plástico bajo un pago de 1 euro cada uno que te devuelven al salir si los entregas. Es un rollo tener que ir con los vasos a todos los sitios si quieres tomar algo en el bar de la piscina o el que sea… -El personal de recepción está muy por debajo del nivel del resto de trabajadores (limpieza, camareros, mantenimiento, etc.) Mucho descontrol, descoordinación y mala imagen en general para lo que se espera de un 4 estrellas.
