− The food took to long

6.0Overalll meals was great and well prepared. No complains at all, meals was well worth the money paid.
− Setup in bedroom, no plug at the kettle. Outside light was very bright in room during the night. Perhaps blockout lining would help.
Poor.
5.0Saturday morning breakfast was good. Just dissapointing that the manger told us late on the Saturday night that the kitchen is closed on a Sunday morning so there would not be breakfast, but they would make us a breakfast pack on the Saturday night that included a toasted sandwich with water and a cool drink. Who wants a sandwich made the night before, and especially since the rate included breakfast. We declined that offer of course.
− The mattreses were not great. Back was quite sore the next morning. Also when I called the day before, I was informed about their hectic loadshedding schedule, which nobody had made us aware of even though my wife had communicated with them on the Thursday. Michael has no idea how to deal with clients concerns. He asked if I do not read the newspapers, so that I would have been aware that their power was badly affected by the storm. Also that they don't have time to inform guests that they have loadshedding. Also, my wife contacted them on the Thursday to arrange for our room, which had two single beds, to be changed to a double bed. This was confirmed via WhatsApp by Michael. He could have informed her of the loadshedding. When we arrived there we got two single beds and the manager on duty had no idea about the agreement to change is to a room with a double bed. Apparently there are three managers. Poor service that we will not subject ourselves to again.
