Lugar con encanto, cerca del centro de Tavira, donde se puede llegar dando un paseo de 15 minutos. El hotel es pequeño y familiar con una ambiente muy tranquilo y acogedor. Tiene una terraza con una piscina muy agradable.

− Algunas instalaciones podrían mejorarse, como la grifería y los enchufes. Y alguna renovación de las sábanas no vendría mal.

Une superbe maison, la piscine rafraîchissante, pas loin de la ville, on peut faire à pied. Le petit déjeuner succulent. Le personnel très courtois.

Peaceful stay in a beautiful Portuguese town

We had a wonderful stay at Tavira Terrace for 5 nights. The hotel feels more like a guest house, which made it the perfect peaceful escape from busy everyday life. We stayed in a suite with a terrace, which was wonderful. The room was very spacious, and they had set up a lovely cot for our toddler. The terrace was also very spacious. Although it's technically shared with the room next door (it's separated by large plant pots), we were never out there at the same time, so it felt very private. The view across to Tavira from the terrace is beautiful. Location-wise, it's only about a 15 minute walk to the centre, and we walked in and out every day. Be aware, there are a lot of stairs. As an active couple, we didn't find them an issue (we carried the buggy up and down each day), but they could be challenging if you have limited mobility, as there isn't an alternative route. We enjoyed the walk into town along the river and loved staying in a peaceful location away from the restaurants and bars. The swimming pool was lovely, and we appreciated the thoughtful extra touches, such as the honesty bar and the umbrellas available to borrow for beach days. The two ladies who work there were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were so kind to our daughter and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend Tavira Terrace to anyone looking for a peaceful stay in a beautiful Portuguese town.

− We loved sitting out on our terrace, but unfortunately the outside light wasn't working, so we couldn't sit out and read in the evenings once our daughter was asleep, which would have been nice. The lift was also out of service during our stay. It wasn't a deal breaker, but with the number of steps leading to the property, it would have been nice to have it available! Breakfast was nicely presented each morning, with a lovely little table set up on the terrace, and we enjoyed the yoghurt. Sadly the fruit was disappointing, and it would have been nice to have a few more options available. As a result, we chose to have breakfast out on most mornings. One other small thing is that there isn't a toilet in the communal areas, so if you're by the pool, you'll need to return to your room.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Gästehaus, tolle Lage und wunderschöner Ausblick beim leckeren Frühstück. Es gab sogar vegane Milch Alternativen ☺️ Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die familiäre Atmosphäre sehr genossen. Das Team war so herzlich! Wir haben die Unterkunft bereits Freunden empfohlen. Danke für einen tollen Urlaub.

Loved the location and comfortably, home from home experience that Tavira Terrace offers, staff work hard to keep the property lovely and clean and tidy. Loved the honesty bar and easy walk to / from Tavira

− Nothing, although would have been nice to have a fridge with the coffee / tea station that was outside the room.
