− O prédio onde se localização os quartos e separado da recepção e do local do cafe da manha, e isso e péssimo pois Santiago do Chile chove com frequência. Além disso as acomodações sao muito antigas.

− Nao ficou claro que era flat administrado por hotel que você hospeda em um lugar , toma café faz che check in em outro. Limpeza e segurança não é responsabilidade do hotel . Confuso
Barulho e desconforto

− Não recomendo para familias com crianças e que queiram descansar. O café da manhã não é no mesmo local da hospedagem. A hospedagem é um predio como se fosse um Airbnb e o check in/chack out e café da manhã é em um hotel que fica a duas quadras de distância. Apesar de ser uma distância curta em dias de chuva e frio não é confortável ter que sair do edifício e caminhar para tomar cafe. E ademais essa informação de diferentes localidades não está claro na pagina do booking. Barulho excessivo durante a madruga. O edificio fica em uma avenida muito movimentada e até tarde da noite e pela manhã cedo (por volta das 5 da manhã) comeca barulho de ônibus e veiculos. Abaixo do edifício tem uma bar/restaurante que durante todos os 6 dias de nossa estadia teve muito gritos, festas e falatórios de gente na rua. As instalações sao extraordinárias antigas e desconfortáveis (travesseiros/cobertas etc) A pia do banheiro estava totalmente entupida, mesmo depois de ter reclamado na recepção não conseguiram concertar e ficamos toda a estadia com a pia entupida. Banheiro velho e sujo, precisa urgente de uma manutenção. O cafe da manhã é bem restrito, para 2 ou 3 dias está okay mas depois disso fica repetitivo porque servirao exatamente as mesmas opções todos os dias da hospedagem. Não voltaria de jeito nenhum e não recomendo.
