− Durante o check in que efetuamos as 15h fomos informados que já não havia disponibilidade para levantarmos toalhas de piscina porque tinham acabado as da receção… após protestarmos foram imediatamente buscar toalhas que afinal estavam disponíveis na lavandaria, mas os funcionários da recepção não tinham antecipado este problema. Na piscina mais de 8 espreguiçadeiras ocupadas com toalhas apenas para “reservar” os lugares, um funcionário avisou todos os presentes naquele local que aquilo não era permitido, porém não retirou os objetos das ditas espreguiçadeiras (tal como seria suposto pelo procedimento exposto nesse local), deixando-nos com um bebé de colo sem local para sentar e sem nos dar uma palavra. Zona das refeições com imenso fumo dos grelhados na hora. Quarto ano consecutivo neste hotel, muito provavelmente o último.

− Le canapé n'a aucun confort, la terrasse pour diner étai fermer soit disant qu'ils manquaient de personnel. La nourriture pouvait être plus varier.

8.0Localização perfeita. Em frente à praia, com entrada/saída directa do hotel. É ainda possível caminhar até ao comércio local. Espaço para as crianças
− Poucos lugares de estacionamento. Piscina interior não é, ou não estava, aquecida, o que foi uma surpresa desagradável.

Please note that the property will be remodelling some rooms starting on November 26th, on Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 16:30. To minimise the noise, guests will not be accommodated on the same floors as the construction.
We would like to inform you that from October 7, 2026, on November 15, 2026, cleaning and painting work will be done on the facade on the north side of the hotel.
