細やかな配慮に感動するホテル
7.0好立地で低価格でした 預けた荷物をチェックイン時には客室まで届けて頂けたり、エレベーターの向きがティックイン、アウトで切り替わっていたりと、設備は古いのですが、細やかな配慮がありました 繁華街のど真ん中にあるホテルですが、私の泊まった奥の部屋はとても静かでゆっくりできました Wi-Fiも割と使えて細かいところが行き届いてるように感じました
− 私は平気でしたが、施設が全体的に古く、繁華街の中にあるため、部屋によっては落ち着かないかもしれません

6.0とても綺麗で寝心地も良かったです。近くに、コンビニもありドンキもありで良かったです。
− 忘れ物をしてしてしまった自分が悪いですが、清掃係の言う事だけを信じないで頂きたい。 こちらは、何回も探した上で忘れ物がないか電話をして聞いているのにも関わらず、ネット上にはその忘れ物は上がっていないと言われ… もう一度、探して欲しいと頼み後日、連絡下さいと言われ連絡したのに伝わっておらず、同じ回答でネット上には上がっていないと。 そうではなく、そこの部屋を掃除された担当者にもう一度聞いて欲しい、もしくはもう一度部屋を探して欲しいと頼んだのにその引継ぎすらできない。 ホテルの清掃員の大変さは十分理解しております。母親が清掃員でしたので。 その中で、忘れ物に関しては清掃員は要注意事項だと言うことも聞いてます。 とても残念です。すべて買い直しとなりました。
