6.0Overall clean with classic japanese breakfast that tasted great. But I don't know if it was just my room, but it had spots of black mold on some walls/ceiling, especially around the vent, and some corners of the bathroom had not been cleaned (such as the very edge of the sink). Doesn't get in the way of your daiy living, but not pleasant to look at (and breathe in?).

10.0Best place to stay at in Tokyo! So many dining options available near the hotel and walkable to two major train stations. The hotel offers daily house keeping (with signage) and laundry washing available. The double bed room is spacious and offers so much space. Convenient if you want to stay near Tokyo and near the Haneda Airport which are a couple of train stops away (30 minutes each way-depending on the train express you take). Staff were amazing and answered any questions we had and provide us amazing service. I would recommend to stay here for your next Tokyo stay!
