6.0食事が評判通り美味しく、給仕も適切なタイミングでした。 フロントの方が親切でした。
− 露天風呂が「都合により休止」となっていたが、事前に知らせて欲しかった。（露天風呂は宿を選択した主要因だったので）

10.0離山麓纜車站走路約10分鐘，早餐跟晚餐都很好吃，員工也很熱心友善，房間乾淨寬敞，玩雪泡溫泉超棒！下次來會再入住。
My favorite place when I visit Zao. Value of money. Excellent half board. Convenient for skiing trip

10.0這次旅行住了三間旅店，竟然這間山邊水遠的酒店英文最好。

是一間有年代的溫泉旅館，可以到一樓的大浴池洗澡，女浴室還附上寶寶洗澡椅，很親子，接待人員超級親切，雖然設施有點舊，但是都維持的很好，很有傳統的味道。謝謝
