Thanks Tendo Onsen and Brewery!! A highlight of our trip.
10.0Everything was amazing. They were so courteous to us as westerners with limited Japanese and patiently explained the yukata (which were beautiful and so lovely to wear around the resort!). There were extras we hadn't even expected - self serve craft beer and cider all day, a bar that made cocktails on request, outdoor seating on a beautiful patio, and the room was lovely. There was even a veranda with a guitar and a view of the mountains. Free outdoor fire with marshmallow toasting! The inn was well designed and thought out and food was spectacular, particularly the beef. Will be back!

10.0スタッフからのサービスがすばらしかった。ビールや飲み物の補充や私達への案内、カクテルのサービスなども大変な努力をされていると感じました。今までいろいろな温泉に行きましたが、食事もお風呂も接遇も大満足でした。是非また天童に足を運びたいと思わせるようなところでした。
− ひのきのお風呂が何かの理由で急に入浴中止になってしまったこと、仕方なかったですが残念でした。
