1.0− Upon arrival I found the property to be closed for renovations. Booking.com and the property owner has yet to refund my money. Drove 4.5 hrs to a hotel I booked through booking.com that was closed. Horrible experience.
Worst accommodations I’ve experienced in over 20 years.
1.0Needed the location.
− The price was excessive for what you received. My confirmation and a placard in the room stated that breakfast was included with your stay. my total was $185.00. There was no breakfast, not even a donut. There was a small pot of coffee but no cream, sugar or sweetener. There was a horrible smell coming out of the AC unit approximately 12:30am. It woke me from a dead sleep. It was horrible. I turned the fan to low and that helped a little. There were not sufficient towels in the room. It was a room with two full size beds. I’ve never seen that in a hotel. The body wash pump in the bathroom either didn’t work or was empty. It was the worst motel/hotel I have stayed in over the last 25 years.
It provide a place for us to sleep, so it served its purpose
