Lovely holiday, exceptionally clean,manicured grounds, lovely rooms, very nice staff, reception staff were lovely, plenty of sunbeds ( not sure this would be the same if hotel full) , a bit out of the way but free shuttle service daily so you cant complain, taxis inexpensive in the evenings, we would never usually book an all inclusive holiday, but our usual hotel was fully booked, so our only real gripe was the food, by golly there was more than enough, but it was cold !! Salads were plentifu but I am convinced the toms and cucumber were cut with a machette, no prensentation, but maybe its just us being a little fussy, most people had their plates overflowing . I would not return purely because of the food quality .

Ok but no Lopesan standard

It was an ok stay, but for Lopesan standards not good. The food is not for a 4 star resort, and also the furniture is not comfortable for a Lopesan resort. If you have a buffet then the quality has to be the same from start to end, that was not the case, a lot was already finished when you are late. Chairs to low and wobbely, no cushions in the chairs. Plastic furniture outside. The sunbeds are not comfortable. The rooms small, beds short. We are both tall. Coffee, showercaps etc never got a refill in the rooms. Animation was very bad, the singers omg. If the weather is not so good the hotel has no inside facilities. If you are all-in it is all from the draft and postmix, why ? If you are halboard like us, you get real brands. Reception was very friendly. We were here for three wweks had an avarage stay, but we were out a lot. If you want to have the Lopesan name then a lot has to improve.

A pleasant, relaxing place to spend a week.

Very clean everywhere. Plenty of loungers round the pool. Suite was comfortable and spotless and quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful. A really nice, relaxing place to go. The only disappointing thing was the location..difficult walking to get to the buses, with broken pavement and lots of weeds. However taxis were excellent and not expensive to get into the town. The buffet meals were good and the choices changed every day.

Rooms were great. Pool area was perfect. Access to golf - well just brilliant! A MASSIVE shout out and a HIGH FIVE to Cynthia, the singer on our last night. I asked the receptionist if Cynthia was a regular performer and he said that Cynthia was 'a stand in'. All I can say, is that Cynthia should be a regular. The entire room was up dancing, singing and having a fabulous time. I did say thanks to Cynthia on the night, yet I hope the management team recognise her talent. It made our week. Bloomin fab, Cynthia. Thanks a mill. To the food, drinks and service. 1. Breakfast was great. Good choice of options for everyone in my opinion. 2. Lunch and dinner, definitely not! Probably the worst AI lunch and dinner that I have had the "mispleasure" of trying. The food was bland, samey, barely warm, unappetising, with a lack of choice. Sorry, yet you need to up your game. (We decided to eat out for one dinner and a lunch in Maspolmas and Mogan Marina - I am pleased that we did). Thank you though to the team who always managed to sit us 12 together at dinner.👏👏 3. Drinks - a nightmare to get a drink delivered to your table when eating. It felt like the hotel only wanted you to have one drink. If you wanted another, then you had to queue at the outside bar, mid meal. Very annoying/distracting/ unnecessary/less than chilled/not one for us to repeat! Thankfully, as we were twelve, we were able to take turns in walking to the bar "mid meal' and ordering drinks The lobby bar was only open if you fancied paying for a drink. Really? I mean REALLY?!!! It is meant to be an all inclusive resort. We weren't surprisesd to note that there wasnt anyone using the lobby bar. Why would you? Totally ridiculous. I guess the hotel was trying to save money on staff attendance? Weird as they could have placed one of the downstairs bar team there. Definitely not condusive to a chilled experience. I was questioned a few times when I went to the bar and asked for drinks for the twelve of us. The bar people asked me for whom I was requesting drinks. Well, pretty damn obvious.l!!! We were sitting right in front of them. They kept asking if the people were 'guests' and entitled to inclusive drinks. Oooh, we have wrist bands! Yes we do. No words. Would I revisit this hotel. A BIG NO!

Perfect intimate hotel!

Such a lovely place. We had a perfect stay: lovely pool and the rooms were very nice. The all-inclusive board was also very nice with a broad menu of (local) drinks and the meals were good as well with every day a different cuisine. Special shoutout to Salah (front desk) who made our stay even more special. We will be back!

Okay for a short winter break

This hotel is a little remote so no where to walk to. However taxis can be ordered easily at reception and cost about 7 euros into maspalomas. The room is clean ...take a travel kettle the coffee,/tea machine gives minimal water and not hot enough for tea. We were lucky and close to the restaurant so walked down each morning and fetched a coffee. The food ...breakfast is okay ...lunch and dinner average at best ...food wasn't hot enough for me. The place is very quiet and in march it was very cold in the evening and there's no inside space to have a drink...we found ourselves back in our room watching a film on the iPad. Staff are friendly and helpful. Kobe 96 in maspalomas worth a visit for dinner. Would we come back...no probably not
