10.0We loved everything about this great property. In a word, it was Perfect. The convenient location to the old downtown & City Gate area could not have been better. The room was extremely clean & well appointed, as was the entire property. We experienced difficulties with a different property in a different location on the previous day, but thankfully found this wonderful property & its incredible staff saved us. Everyone from Front Desk to Housekeeping to the lovely lady who prepared our fabulous breakfast went beyond the call & everyone, from the moment we stepped foot on the property was friendly, engaging & incredibly helpful. Thank you once again for making our last days in Ponta DelGada so memorable & wonderful. From the moment we made our first contact by phone with Vasco, he insured that our process was safe, fast, warm & welcoming. He’s a star..
− There was not one thing that I felt could have been better. The entire experience was beyond perfect. The entire staff was enchanting, which to us made this a 5 star experience. Much more impressive than our recent stays at other local hotels that cost 3X more than this wonderful little Hotel São Miguel. We will be back very soon to enjoy more of what this lovely island has to offer & when we do, we’ll be staying here.

7.0It was well situated. The room, though a bit “tight”, were kept very clean The staff were very pleasant and helpful
− The stairs were quite steep and there is no lift. Not ideal for the older Guest. Breakfast was basic The cost was high for a two star hotel
