5.0− It was written that the hotel has a swimming pool It was a very important thing for choosing a hotel,I have an autistic daughter and when it's going not by plan,is very difficult When we came,we found out that swimming pool doesn't work!!!!! Why do you write wrong information? Second,we asked about early accomodation,got the approval,came earlier and found out that our room is not ready and nobody knows about our early accomodation... We had to wait in a lobby while our room was cleaned You have so good location, with good attention to people you could be a pearl, but.....

− Noises at 2:30 am , perhaps the housekeeping or a general worker, opened and closed almost all the doors at nights, walked between rooms all night
