8.0The surrounding area can get a bit noisy as its a 24/7 part of the city, but it's extremely convenient for Oktoberfest. The front desk gentleman was very nice and let me into my room very early.

8.0Great stay and staff. We were there over Oktoberfest, very noisy and bit of seedy area with it being across from clubs.

8.0Great hotel inside. Outside was VERY noisy until 5am on weekends. Several strip clubs within a block seemed to draw a shady crowd although no one bothered us. We hoped for a Germany-type experience but this is a very middle-eastern neighborhood. Skip next time.

8.0Great location for getting to Oktoberfest, old Munich, shopping and dining. But unfortunate on a very busy and noisey street. Should strongly consider upgrading windows to minimize noise

10.0This is very walkable as the train station is less than 5 min away. Many resturants around. This hotel is on the opening weekend parade route so if you have a balcony you can watch from hotel. Very convenient.
