− La limpieza brillaba por su ausencia. Nos instalamos una pareja con una niña de 13 años, y nos cobraros dos habitaciones dobles siendo que los niños se alojan gratuitamente. Las habitaciones estaban unidas por una puerta cerrada ya que no tenían llave para poder abrirla y al pedirla, me dijeron en recepción que no la tenían desde hace ya mucho tiempo y no había nadie de mantenimiento para poder abrirla. Tuvimos que dormir separados en dos habitaciones. La persiana de una de las habitaciones no bajaba y lo comuniqué en recepción y me dijeron que no podían hacer nada que no tenían a nadie de mantenimiento por lo que tienes que buscarte tú la vida para intentar arreglarlo y no tener que despertarte a la salida del sol. Al pedirle una hoja de reclamaciones me ofreció cambiar a una habitación doble y una individual que estaban más separadas aún y la individual era del siglo pasado. Lamentablemente. La limpieza brillaba por si ausencia y al ir a dormir, la sabana no llegaba para todo el colchón, era pequeña lo que al dormir dormías encima del protector del colchón. Bajé a decirlo y me subieron otra sábana, que tuve que poner yo ya que no había nadie para ponerla y la que me dieron era igual de pequeña. Termine poniendo las dos para poder tapar el colchón por completo. No recomiendo el hotel para nada. Las cuatro estrellas que dicen tener brillan por su ausencia. He estado en hotel de dos estrellas mil veces mejor.
