6.0同行者が甲殻類アレルギーでしたので、宿泊前にお伝えしたところ、きちんと配慮いただきました。甲殻類を抜くだけではなく、代替品を使って、手間をかけて仕上げていただいており、大変美味しくいただきました。ありがとうございました。
− 大浴場にタオルがなく、タオルを部屋から持って行くのが面倒でした。価格帯に幅があるので仕方ないかもしれませんが...。
スタッフが温かく居心地の良いホテル
9.0スタッフの対応がきめ細やかでとても気持ちが良かった。 昭和の老舗旅館の名残りが懐かしく居心地が良かったです。バスセンターまで送迎して頂いたり、バス停が目の前にあったり、千畳敷カールに行く間、駐車場に車を置かせて頂いたりと、我が家にとっては全てが完璧でした。また是非訪れたいと思います。
