水回りのリニューアルを！
8.0フロントの対応も良く、レストランでの食事も美味しかったです。シャワーの温度調節が一定にキープできないことと、水量がいまいちだったのが残念です。

10.0今回の予約時にはレイクビューのお部屋が空いてなくて、マウントビューの方を取れたのですが、当日スタッフの方が8階のレイクビューに空きがあるという事で変更してくださいました。諦めていたのでとても嬉しかったです。ありがとうございました。
郊外型カップル、ファミリー向けホテル
6.0家族（大人２、子供２）で滞在。フロントのスタッフさんは親切、丁寧な対応で好感が持てます。 ロビーに絵本、塗り絵、折り紙の提供、フロントに玩具やボードゲームの貸し出しがあり、子供向けに助かります。 朝食は和・洋タイプのビュッフェ。ただし和のおかず類は、ご飯のお供のようなものが中心で、割と味は濃いめ。 建物、設備などは経年相当で、メンテナンスはされているようですが、廊下、居室内などで多少の汚れは目に付きます。 部屋は可もなく、不可も無く。ただしベッドの寝心地はSimmonsのマットレスのようですが好みに合わなかったのか、今一つでした。 ホテルの隣がショッピングモールで、スーパーやダイソー、本屋などがあります。 琵琶湖までは徒歩2分の距離なので、散策には良い場所。
