10.0Delightful property, traditional style with the friendliest owner and staff. Would really recommend to anyone wanting a traditional stay (including tatori floor mats). The breakfast is amazing, traditional Japanese style. Air conditioning in our room. Easy parking if you have a car (the street is narrow, easy for a Kei car though). Centrally located within the town.

Soggiorno da sogno a Tsuwano
10.0Autentico Ryokan nella piccola ma incantevole Tsuwano. La struttura e' un po' antiquata ma davvero accogliente, in un'ottima posizione per visitare il centro storico o raggiungere le rovine del castello o il Santuario Taikodani Inari. La signora che gestisce la struttura e' di una gentilezza e cortesia di altri tempi! Nonostante non parlasse inglese, siamo riusciti a comunicare senza problemi usando un traduttore. Inoltre, ci ha permesso di cenare nonostante non avessimo prenotato il pacchetto con la cena (consigliato, dato che non ci sono tantissimi ristoranti in paese). Colazione giapponese abbondante e davvero squisita. La stanza era un'autentica stanza giapponese, con tatami e futon. Spaziosa, pulita, calda e dotata di ogni comfort. Vi e' inoltre una piccola onsen privata che vale sicuramente la pena provare. Parcheggio in loco disponibile. Decisamente consigliato se si vuole visitare Tsuwano.

Comfortable Japanese stay in a lovely historical, quiet and friendly town.
8.0A 100 year old Japanese style Ryokan, Sleep on a futon with a bean pillow. Stairs to room, hot private bath you can use downstairs, delicious traditional breakfast.Friendly staff. I recommend visiting Komien Kamiryo chaho cafe close by, run by a Japaneese and French couple. Quiche, cakes and coffee are top notch! Zara tea is very nice and you get to try it in your room.

10.0A lovely traditional Ryokan in the most amazing location. The staff were beautiful and the food was delicious. There are also some great coffee shops in the area and huge Koi Carp swimming in the streams in the village.
