Lovely stay
10.0We stayed for one night for a family trip. The whole experience was exactly what you would expect from a traditional Ryokan. The food was delicious, the manager (lady boss in Japanese) greeted us personally and introduced the dishes. The rice was local from Nikko and was absolutely the best. We also appreciate that the kitchen prepared a kid meal for us. The fancy meal is great but not always the best for young kids. The kid meal had fried chicken and fruit plates; and our little one really loved these. The place is sparkling clean, staff is super friendly. The highlight is the hot spring and the view. We would highly recommend this place to family with young children and elders.
