8.0Felt like we had the palace to ourselves. Very beautiful gardens and pool.
− Air conditioning needs replacing - it looks about 50 years old and is far too noisy to sleep with. Luckily it was pleasant enough with the windows open and the fan on.

9.0The room was spacious, the bathroom was large, and the hotel had a beautiful palace-like feel. With a little more attention to maintenance, the overall experience could be even better.
− Upgrading the ceiling fans and providing a few additional charging points would significantly improve the overall comfort. While the bathtub was a pleasant feature, standing in it to use the shower felt slightly unstable and could be made safer and more user friendly.
