10.0Can't say enough good things about this hotel. Location is fantastic for walking almost everywhere you will want to go as a tourist or metro stop is right outside hotel. Nice clean hotel with spacious, air conditioned rooms modernly furnished with balconies overlooking Puerta del Sol. Breakfast consistently good - eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, baked goods and iberian specialties. Staff are extra friendly, speak English and will help with anything including delayed luggage.

− Rooms quite narrow so no where to put our suitcase that wasn’t in the way
