9.0Warm hospitality, thoughtful guidance, spotless cleanliness, and every service provided for the comfort of the guests made our stay truly wonderful. It was the first time we had ever stayed at a place that even explained the emergency evacuation procedures, which made us feel especially safe. Whenever we returned from going out, the staff recognized us and had our shoes neatly arranged. They did the same every time we left, and we were touched by such thoughtful attention. What I remember most about traveling is always the kindness of the local people. My mother, my younger sibling, and I were truly happy in Matsuyama, thanks to the wonderful people at Yamatoya Besso. The complimentary draft beer and ice cream, available 24 hours a day, were amazing. We also had the public bath almost entirely to ourselves, so my mother especially enjoyed the peaceful and relaxing experience. Even the uphill walk to the hotel became part of our happy memories. We loved every moment of our stay, including the yukata experience and the lovely souvenir socks! When we left, all of the staff came to see us off. The image of the elderly gentleman smiling and waving goodbye is a memory that will stay with us forever. Oh, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious! My mother said it was the best meal she had during our trip. The portions were generous, and we left completely satisfied. Since there were so many wonderful local foods to try, we decided to skip the kaiseki dinner this time, and now that's our only regret. We would love to come back again someday. Wishing every member of the staff happiness, good health, and all the best. Thank you so much! :)

10.0お出迎えから最後まで全てが完璧のおもてなしでした。 今まで他の宿では感じたことのない最高のおもてなしとお部屋の作りでした。 食事も全て丁寧で日本の温かみを感じられる美味しすぎる品々ばかりで感動しました。 温泉も本館ではなく別荘だからこそこじんまりゆっくりした空間で露天風呂も気持ちよかったです。
