− The room had a roach problem, this was conveyed to the front desk staff who indicated that's because of the rain. The room was very hot at night, the toilet area smelled like a sewer system at night. We had to ensure the door remain closed and stuff a towel under the door to prevent the scent from seeping into the sleeping area.

− De foto’s op Booking.com zagen er mooi uit, maar de werkelijkheid was helaas totaal anders. Bij aankomst kreeg ik een kamer zonder ramen. Toen ik dit aangaf bij de receptie, kreeg ik te horen dat er geen andere kamers beschikbaar waren en dat het hotel vol zat. Er werd verder niet meegedacht over een oplossing. Omdat ik al had betaald en mijn geld niet terug kon krijgen, stond ik voor een lastige keuze. Ik wist dat ik niet zou kunnen slapen in een kamer zonder ramen, dus heb ik de sleutel ingeleverd en ben ik vertrokken. Uiteindelijk moest ik ergens anders een kamer boeken, waardoor ik bijna drie keer zoveel kwijt was. Ik begrijp dat niet iedere kamer hetzelfde is, maar ik vind het belangrijk dat de werkelijkheid overeenkomt met de verwachtingen die de foto’s wekken. Ook had ik meer begrip en een klantvriendelijkere oplossing verwacht. Voor mij absoluut geen aanrader. Hier kom ik nooit meer terug.
Very comfy and helpful Staff
10.0Convenient to close attractions, store next to the building. You step out from airport bus and get off the bus at University plaza stop and walk straight to the end of the block to the left and it is right there next to the Convenient store. Take a nice walk to plaza Catalunya is 5 minutes. You can hip hop rides just there, Absolutely easy red and blue lines to all tour attractions.
