The room was spacious, the staff very friendly and polite. The location is central yet not loud, there is a nice pedestrian street with numerous restaurants, bars and shops just across the street. Very good experience

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. This was my first time staying here, and from the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The parking was very convenient, and the property is less than a one-minute walk from the center, making it the perfect location to explore Shkodër. The rooms were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting. If every hotel treated guests like this, I’d never want to go home. Next time I’m in Shkodër, this is exactly where I’ll be staying. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The location and the staff

− ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ (3/5) We had high expectations, but unfortunately this hotel didn’t quite live up to its advertised 4-star rating. In our opinion, it feels more like a 3-star hotel. The breakfast was quite basic. It included many local products, which is nice if you enjoy traditional Albanian food, but there were very few alternatives. Surprisingly, there was no fresh bread despite Albania being full of fantastic bakeries—only sliced bread. We stayed in the jacuzzi room, which was very spacious, but not very practical. There were very few power outlets to charge devices, and the ones next to the bed didn’t even work. The room also included a kettle, but no tea, coffee, sugar or anything to actually use it with, making it seem rather pointless. The “jacuzzi” was disappointing. It’s really just a standard bathtub with a simple hydromassage system. The jets were barely noticeable, and there was a significant water leak underneath, flooding the bathroom every time we used it. We had to use all the towels just to keep the floor dry. It also wasn’t particularly clean, as there was sand and dirt inside the tub when we first filled it. There is no separate shower, so you have to shower standing inside the bathtub, which isn’t the most comfortable option. Parking is available, but it isn’t very convenient. The parking area is quite limited, and every time you want to enter or leave, you have to ask the staff to open and close the gate, which quickly becomes inconvenient if you’re using your car frequently. On the positive side, the room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, parking was available, and the location is excellent if you’re visiting Shkodër. Overall, it’s not a bad hotel, but it definitely doesn’t meet the standards we would expect from a 4-star property.
