a very bad experience. Heat is not working despite the cold weather; not enough sockets to plug the mobile heater; hot water is not available, I had to take a cold shower; a lot of banging noise around the clock; staff is not helpful. don't recommend

* Under Kuwaiti law, if you are a Kuwaiti citizen or resident of Kuwait, you must provide a Kuwait Civil ID card at time of check-in. Couples wishing to share a room must provide their original marriage certificate.

* Local laws may restrict unmarried guests from sharing rooms. Guests are responsible for providing proof of marriage, if requested by the property.

* The seasonal pool will be open from April to November.
