− Mattress was a little hard

− I would not stay in their kitchenette cabins during the winter again. It was freezing. The cabins are very dated and are most likely not insulated and an oil fin heater was provided but it did not make much difference. It was really expensive also, which after staying at a hotel in central Rotorua for almost the same price was a real disappointment.
