Les lits étaient comfortable. Drap propre.

− Le manque d'eau chaude pour une douche le matin. Aucun bouchon pour le bain. Téléphone dans la chambre débrancher Une seule débarbouillette pour la chambre. La piscine qui était traité à l'eau de javel (peau qui brûle après baignade pour enfant et parents)avec des tuiles de céramique manquantent. Plante en plastique dans le jacuzzi parce que celui-ci n'est plus fonctionnel. Besoin d'investisemennt de ce côté. Aucune serviette à la piscine. Déjeuner : grille pain et gaufrier qui fonctionne pas bien. Je comprends que les temps sont difficiles mais quand tu as seulement ce séjour comme vacances, c'est décevant.

The room was spacious and clean. Towels were refreshed daily and the bed was comfortable. The location to the Arial car is fantastic and within walking distance but a bit far to walk to the falls. Parking is crazy in the falls area so if you are looking for a hotel you can walk to the falls to this one might be out too far. You could catch the bus, it is on route. They had free breakfast which was good and our room had a kitchenette which we used

− The hotel doesn't have elevators so if you are not on the first or second floor, you need to lug up your stuff flights of stairs depending on what floor your room is on. Early check-in is available for an additional cost and don't ask for a front view because the person who was checking us in said no...so there is that (even though we were early). The balcony rooms over look the parking lot so nothing to see so don't waste your money upgrading. There is a sign as you go into the door from the parking lot that says, "Don't leave valuables and management is not responsible for stolen or damaged property" which was surprising especially since we had to pay for n parking...? All in all, the room was cheap, we saved a few bucks making food and free breakfast. If you are looking for a clean cheap option, this one fit the bill.

le petit dejeuner il en avait plus il offre le petit dejwuner comme un restaurent a 8.99$ on a me.e pas pue dejeuner moi ma femme et ma filke aucune table disponible et les plat avait rien dedans nous avont du aller manger au resto meme apres 5 min aucune personne du personel sont venu nous voir nous avont quiter cette etablissement et je ne la recommande a personne la chambre que jai eu wtais sale les drap meme pas changer avec des drap sale la charbre degagais une odeur forte de moisisure et odeur mauvais la papier paint des mur etais decoler a plusieur endroit cause dhumiditer presente dans la piece vraiment decu apres avoir ete ce plaidre des odwur et moisicure il nous on offert une bouteile de sens bons air freschener artisanal il on remplis avec un produit tout mes veteme t on gardwr odwur de cette chambre apres seulement quelque heure

− tout le personnel et il ont beacoup de renovation a faire

While the price was attractive...the property was not. Everything felt run down & neglected.

The price was the only good thing. The room appeared to have been renovated but there were lots of things missing or unacceptable. Having a kitchenette was a bonus.

− Everything seemed to be neglected...the landscaping (weeds, yucky gardens), tiles off the walls in the pool area, the shower didn't have anywhere to put soap, garbage laying around, bedroom was not tidied during our stay, our balcony was actually an asphalt roofing, paid parking, terrible signage & front facade. Very disappointing. The "little things" were missing.

− رائحه الفندق كريهة وخصوصا الممرات لا يوجد اي أدوات استحمام مفارش الاسره بها بقع الثلاجه او الميني بار لا يبرد الإفطار سئ جدا
