8.0Very comfortable stay when moved room. Sound proofing was really poor in my standard room for even a phone call made in next room. Helpful staff member moved me to an upgraded room with no fuss which was very nicely done. Large very comfortable bed. Breakfast staff were pleasant but stayed out of sight away from the breakfast dining area in the self service area and needed to be located after a few minutes for a reminder to bring the pot of tea. No issues after that. An easily resolved problem I imagine. . An easily sorted problem. to bring the pot of tea. Service improved noticeably after that.
Fabulous and friendly
10.0Booked for a Friday night with my 3 daughters as we had an event to attend in Letterkenny the next morning. From start to finish, I couldnt have asked for better service. Communication beforehand was quick, pleasant and welcoming. Our family room was simply stunning....2 separate bedrooms, a bathroom and a DRESSING ROOM!!!! My kids were in their element! We ate it the bar and it was so tasty and reasonable. Highly recommend this place....every single member of staff were exceptional from reception to the restaurant/bar and even the wee cleaner the next morning..... so friendly and kind. Well done Dillons....we will definitely be back
