Wonderful, friendly, attentive staff. Large comfortable room. Very nice location.
9.0Staff - amazing. Room - comfortable and large. Location - perfectly located between old town and the Shinkansen station.
− The bathroom was the least amazing part of the room, but that's not to say it was bad. It just wasn't up to the bathrooms in the other hotels I stayed at. But this is nitpicking and should not be taken too seriously.
