8.0Hôtel situé dans une rue au calme bien qu'à moins de 5 mn à pied de la gare d'Ueno. Personnel aimable. Chambre propre.
Great!
10.0Shout out to the staff, very gentle and it was a relief to have someone speaking in Spanish, also awesome location, just around the corner the corner of Ueno Station
The staff was amazing and helpful and nice. The bed comfort was the only issue. Otherwise location is convenient and c
8.0The staff at the property was very accommodating and nice. They were the reason we liked the property.
− The bed and pillows were not that comfortable was the only negative. The bathtub didn’t drain well.
