8.0Location, extravagant, beach, pool and customer service. When I alerted Staff to the faulty door, they came within 10 minutes to get me out and immediately changed my room.
− As soon as I checked in and went to my room for a shower, I got locked in the bathroom by a faulty door. The sink also was blocked and did not Drain
