5.0− Dostaliśmy pokój bez klimatyzacji gdy temperatury sięgały 40 stopni. Hotel wiedział o problemach z klima w tym pokoju a mimo to go wydali. Obsługa nie wiedziała jak sie zachować w takiej sytuacji. Zmiana pokoju czy jakąkolwiek rekompensata nie wchodziło w grę. Od Pani z recepcji dostaliśmy mały wiatrak wiec bylo znośnie. Słaba akcja... najgorzej jak nikt nic nie wie i nikt nic nie może
