Overall, the hotel is top-notch. The reception and restaurant staff are very friendly and welcoming. Three swimming pools, the sea is very close, and there are sun loungers and umbrellas for shade. I was amazed by the opportunity to watch a football match on the big screen in the courtyard!

− I don't think I should have to remind guests at a hotel of this standard that I'm out of shampoo or body wash. The sauna is only open until 6 PM and costs 20 euros per person. Only the dry sauna was open; the wet sauna wasn't working at all. So, you could either take half price or not take it at all. And finally, the towels for the pools and the beach were large and comfortable. You can exchange the shower towels for newer ones. But none of this stopped us from giving it a 10.

Fantastic location, close to the beach,pool, very quiet and not crowded at all. Great restaurants around the property ( one we can recommend is Sky garden) and the best ever bartender 100/10 ( Mr. Kostas). The private pool is also a nice addition. AC works great for those hot humid summer nights. Bed is comfortable. Great view of the sunset from the terrace of the hotel/ bar. Rethymno is a must see, only 15 minutes by car from the hotel. Chania is a little over an hour, also a must see. The location is perfect if you have a car. Hotel area is quiet and peaceful, no cicadas in the area. Walking distance from bars, pubs. Worth to rent a car and drive to chania and rethymno.

− Some ants appeared on the second day and we kept seeing them every evening since, but nothing crazy, bathroom could have been a little bit better cleaned but still decent. Average breakfast, except for the omelette and coffee.

We stayed at this hotel for a week, and every day was fantastic. It’s a lovely place with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. The beach is right next to the hotel, there are two great pools (including a beautiful rooftop pool), and the sunbeds are incredibly comfortable. The room was well equipped with amenities such as toiletries, bathrobes, and coffee and tea facilities. Everything was clean and well maintained throughout our stay. The staff were exceptional. Every single person we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They struck the perfect balance between being attentive and respecting guests privacy, which we really appreciated. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Hôtel sublime au calme; petite structure de 50 chambres environ. Personnel adorable. Emplacement idéal avec accès direct sur la plage. 2 piscines dont une en roof top avec vue sur la mer. Chambre très propre avec une deco soignée. Petit déjeuner très copieux et très varié. Parking en sous-sol; vous pouvez y stationner tout type de véhicule sans difficulté à moins d’avoir un camion! Nous y reviendrons ! N’hésitez pas!
